Global health and humanitarian consulting at the intersection of SRHR, advocacy and organizational effectiveness.
I help organizations build coalitions, strengthen teams, and get the work done — in crisis settings and at moments of change.
Consulting Services
I work at the intersection of three things that rarely come together: deep SRHR and humanitarian health expertise, the ability to build coalitions and co-create tools that people own and use, and the organizational steadiness to keep teams and missions intact when everything around them is changing.
Co-creation & Facilitation
I design and lead co-creation processes where those closest to the problem shape the tools, strategies, and commitments that emerge. From multi-stakeholder advocacy workshops to training curriculum development, I facilitate processes that produce genuine shared ownership rather than consultant-delivered outputs. I’ve applied this approach across fragile contexts, with government ministries, clinical teams, frontline health workers, and grassroots organizations.
Organizational Effectiveness & Culture
When leadership and teams have lost alignment, I create the conditions for honest conversation and shared ownership. I facilitate strategic planning that helps organizations surface and address challenges, and work with senior leaders to navigate transitions, team dynamics, and hard decisions.
Crisis Leadership & Team Stabilization
When an organization needs to move fast and the situation keeps changing, I help teams find their footing. I establish the rhythms, communication practices, and shared clarity that reduce uncertainty — so people can do their best work even when everything around them feels unstable
Communications & Content Strategy
I help organizations tell their story more effectively — internally and externally. From strategic messaging and speechwriting to event design and network communications, I translate complex ideas into content that connects, clarifies, and moves people to action.
Coalition building & Communities of Practice
I lead multi-stakeholder coalitions and communities of practice that bring together actors who rarely engage in sustained dialogue despite working toward shared goals. I can help diverse networks — researchers, practitioners, donors, governments, civil society, and frontline workers — to learn together and move together over time. I don’t just convene; I build what’s needed for the community to sustain itself.
About me
I’ve spent 15 years working at some of the most demanding intersections in global health — reproductive rights in conflict zones, health systems under pressure, and coalitions of actors who share goals but rarely share a room.
The organizations doing the most important work are often the ones most isolated from each other. Researchers who don’t reach practitioners. Community health workers whose frontline knowledge never reaches policy tables. Networks that convene once a year and go quiet in between. Coalitions that produce reports but not shared ownership.
I work at exactly these gaps. My approach is to design processes that bring the right people into sustained dialogue — not just for a single workshop, but through governance structures, facilitation rhythms, and communities of practice that hold together over time. I listen carefully to everyone involved, including the people who aren’t usually in the room, and I focus on what actually needs to happen next.
On PROPEL Adapt, I co-created advocacy tools and training curricula with ministries of health, civil society leaders, and community health workers across South Sudan and Pakistan — designing processes in which participants shaped the materials themselves, and building the skills for community health workers to become direct champions for primary health care access and policy change. At ICFP, I co-built a global community of practice on SRHR, climate, and humanitarian response — designing the full infrastructure for it to sustain itself: governance model, rotating moderator system, and facilitation materials. Through the IAWG COVID-19 Taskforce, I coordinated a global coalition of organizations with different mandates around shared platforms for learning during the pandemic.
I also bring deep experience inside organizations: navigating layoffs, rebuilding teams, serving as a trusted bridge between staff and leadership during periods of real uncertainty, and helping organizations tell their stories in ways that move donors, governments, and peers to action.
I’m based in Washington, DC, work globally, and am proficient in French.
